good location helpful staff annoying noise overpriced breakfast

the location was a big plus. i was very close to the attractions and shopping areas. the staff were kind. the hotel room was clean.

the air conditioner in my room made a dryer-like noise. it wasn't too loud, but it was somewhat bothersome. also, the breakfast seemed overpriced for the limited selection available. it didn't feel like a good value for the cost.

The hotel staff are very helpful, i found. My daughter accidentally left the newly bought Kpop albums. They were very patient with the process. They were able to post it to us here in Australia. I really appreciate their support. The rooms are really clean and the staff are really helpful.

The twin room is so tiny, i felt quite claustrophobic. The shower head HAS a mind of its own and flies around due to the water pressure.

The hotel is located across the road from Myeongdong markets and close to the transit system. There are shops and restaurants nearby. a Starbucks and 7-Eleven are right downstairs. This spot is convenient for exploring local culture.

spacious room modern bathroom netflix option

i stayed in a beautiful family room. it was spacious and included everything i needed. the bathroom was modern with a superb shower. netflix was available on the tv, a bonus after a day exploring.

The room temperature was hard to adjust. It sometimes felt too stuffy.

The staff was friendly and helpful. This is important when traveling in a country where english isn't widely spoken. michael ensured i secured a taxi late at night. he stood outside without a coat to help me.

the hotel's location is perfect, though the parking was expensive! it's near shops and public transport. myeong-dong food street is a short walk away. lotte shops and food arcade are directly next to the building.

Acceptable stay , some issues

prime location easy access vibrant hub dim lighting higher fares lighting system

the location was prime. it allowed easy access to myeongdong shopping street , a vibrant hub. many restaurants surrounded the area and that was really good. i also appreciated the short walk to lotte mall for quick meals.

the room i stayed in was not as bright as i hoped. i needed a flashlight to read comfortably at night. the lighting system seems like it needs improvements , or perhaps even replacement. i found the taxi fares arranged by one staff member to be consistently higher.
